20 anglers turned out for this last qualifier on the Specimen Lake – conditions were overcast with a stiff easterly breeze.

Winner today and making his way to the October final was Dean Thorpe with a weight of 116-01-00.
Dean drew peg 70 and fished the method long and down his edge.

2^nd on the day was Marius Grigaitis who peg 16 on the burr.
Marius fished the method around 40 yards with waffters to weigh 113-04-00.

3^rd to frame was Jamie Hughes (MAP) who drew peg 6 and fished the method at 45 yards with waffters to weigh 112-02-00.

4^th overall was Ian Wood (Larford) who drew peg 22.
Ian caught short on the method to weigh 100-11-00.

5^th on the day was Ian Giddins (Frenzee) from peg 4.
Ian caught on method with ground bait at 25m and 5m to weigh 94-11-00

6^th overall was Chris Fanning with 89-10-00 from peg 10.
Chris caught on the method and waffters.
