Second placed Neil McKinnon (Preston) drew peg 16 on the Match Burr Bank weighing in 190-11-0 of carp and F1’s.
Neil fished short and down his edges with pellet and sweetcorn. Neil has already qualified for the Semi Final so this place is passed on to third place.
Third to the frame was Ash Davies from peg 10 on the Match Grass bank.
Ash fished mainly down his edges with pellet weighing in 186-10-0 and grabbing a Semi Final placing.
Fourth overall was Jason Brown from peg 13 on the Match Lake with 179-2-0.
Jason caught early on the method and later down his edges with pellet. Jason also makes the September 7th Semi Final.
Fifth placed Andy Christie drew peg 4 on the Specimen Burr and caught quality carp short and down his edges weighing in 176-6-0 with fish to 18lbs.
Sixth to the frame was Mark Griffiths (Guru) with 165-0-0 from peg 12 on the Match Lake.
Mark caught down his edges with pellet.
