A red hot 29C with very little breeze greeting the competitors today.
Needless to say most of the carp were swimming shallow on both the moat and bridge outer lakes.
Winner and making yet another Golden Reel Final was Andy Power who drew peg 78 on Moat outer.
Andy netted a massive 407-2-0 all on pellet shallow fished long & short.
The Preston backed angler now in all 3 major finals.
Second on the day was Steve Forster (Browning) who drew peg 9 on Moat Outer.
Steve fished pellet shallow, landing 266-5-0 and rewarded with a place in the semi finals.
Third on the day was Ryan Bennett (Advantage Baits) from peg 102 on Moat outer.
Again it was pellet shallow that produced a fine bag of carp that scaled in at 224-11-0.
Ryan qualifies for the Semi Finals.
Fourth to frame was Jack Barwick from peg 50 on Bridge Outer.
Jack fished the long pole shallow with pellet, landing an all carp catch weighing in an impressive 218-10-0.
Fifth placed Jimmy Brooks (Sonu Baits) drew peg 20 on Bridge Outer, weighing in 191-4-0 caught on pellet shallow and meat short.
