Golden rod feeder 18^th Nov

A sell out 60 pegger for this latest qualifier. Conditions were cold with a heavy overnight frost.
It was always going to be difficult putting a weight together with such a drop in seasonal temperatures and needless to say the conditions did effect the weights.

Winner on the day was John Turnock (St Hellen’s Tackle & Bait) who drew peg 153.
John fished the method at distance alternating between boilies, pellet and dead reds.
This produced a run of skimmers and bream putting a level 12lbs on the scales.

2^nd overall was Jim Evans (DH Angling) who drew peg 24.
Jim fished a cage feeder with ground bait and dead reds as hook bait.
Jim found skimmers to weigh in 11-10-00.

3^rd placed Mick Hartley drew peg 148 and fished the method feeder at distance using waffter and pellet hook bait landing a single bream and some small skimmers to weigh 9-10-00.

4^th to the frame was Lee Addy (Drennan) who drew peg 38.
Lee also fished the method at distance weighing in a single bream and some skimmers to weigh 9-08-00.

5^th overall was Darren Cox (Garbolino). Darren fished the method with waffters and dead reds to weigh in 8-04-00 of bream and skimmers from peg 5.

6^th placed Mark Lever drew peg 82 and chose to fish the method landing 7-14-00.
